Lord Humungus and the Dogs of War

Coming to The Great Philadelphia Comic Con 2017!
April 7th-9th, 2017 at The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA.

The Lord Humungus first debuted in front of a roaring crowd at Wasteland Weekend 2011, the largest post apocalyptic party in the world set in the Mojave Desert at the end of every September. What started out as almost a dare for the man behind the mask in 2010 has turned into appearances in short films, traveling the world, performing wedding ceremonies and even DJing. Perhaps the biggest things to come out of this obsession has been the amassing of the largest Mad Max collection in the US and the creation of his Dogs of War. The Dogs of War started out as a tribe at Wasteland Weekend but have since gone on to fame in other venues. Comprised of die hard fans of the film, The Road Warrior, these top notch cosplayers set out to recreate every last detail of all the villains from that movie along with their vehicles, weapons and encampment. The Dogs of War are a fixture if not a focal point of Wasteland Weekend and are known for putting on one hell of a show. Members come from all over the world and their numbers grow each year, as do their number of screen accurate vehicles. The Dogs of War will be appearing in the upcoming documentary entitled "Humunugus" due out in 2018.
